Want us to draft only the submission letter?

We Are Known For Producing Detailed, Case Law–Backed Submissions That Go Beyond Generic Responses

Our practice has extensive experience preparing comprehensive, legally structured, and jurisprudence-backed submission letters in response to Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs), admissibility concerns, eligibility refusals, and allegations arising under IRPA provisions including but not limited to sections 11(1), 11.2, 16, and 40(1)(a).

Over the years, we have developed a highly research-driven and strategy-focused approach to legal drafting (IRPA and IRPR), particularly in matters involving alleged misrepresentation, disclosure concerns, work experience disputes, non-accompanying family member issues, CRS-related concerns, Quebec intent concerns, documentation discrepancies, and post-ITA eligibility assessments.

Our submission letters are not generic explanation letters. They are structured legal submissions prepared after a detailed review of the factual matrix, evidentiary record, applicable legislation, operational instructions, and relevant Federal Court jurisprudence. The objective is to ensure that the response is legally coherent, factually aligned, strategically framed, and capable of addressing officer concerns through a reasonableness-based and evidence-linked approach consistent with Canadian administrative law principles.

Our drafting process is proactive and anticipatory in nature. Based on our experience handling complex PFL matters, we attempt to identify not only the issues expressly raised by the officer, but also secondary concerns that could reasonably arise during assessment. Where appropriate, we incorporate structured legal analysis, evidentiary reframing, materiality assessment, jurisprudential guidance, and officer-focused reasoning intended to assist in presenting a clear and decision-ready record.

We Draft Legal Arguments — Not Generic Emotional Responses

Many individuals have approached us seeking assistance specifically with the preparation of a strong legal submission letter without retaining us for full legal representation. In response to those requests, we introduced this focused drafting service for individuals who require strategic legal submission support in complex immigration matters. Under this service, clients are expected to provide all relevant documents and correspondence relating to the matter through an organized ZIP folder or Google Drive link. After reviewing the materials, we assess the legal and factual framework of the case, identify areas requiring clarification, request additional information where necessary, conduct legal research, and prepare a detailed legal submission tailored to the concerns raised in the matter.

Once the draft is prepared, clients are given the opportunity to review the submission. Questions, comments, and feedback relating to the draft are addressed during one scheduled Google Meet consultation before the finalized version is issued.

The final product is a professionally drafted, legally reasoned, and case law–supported submission letter designed to strengthen the presentation of the case, address procedural fairness concerns comprehensively, and assist in responding to complex allegations under the IRPA and IRPR framework.
