What Happens in Your Consultation?

Before your session, you'll send us the documents relevant to your case — your PFL, refusal letter, ADR, or application details. This isn't a cold call or a sales pitch. It's working time on your actual file, with Mr. Niladri Mukherjee, RCIC.

In your session, you'll get:

  1. A direct, specific read on the risk in your file — not a generic overview of immigration law.

  2. A clear picture of what a PFL response or complex application submission actually involves — the real work, the realistic timeline, and what's required from you.

  3. The chance to ask every question specific to your circumstances, directly.

Why this is paid, not free

Misrepresentation, inadmissibility, Procedural Fairness Letter, complex spousal or CEC cases can't be responsibly assessed in a free 10-minute call without a consultation retainer. A rushed, generic sales motivated answer can be worse than an honest, paid one — especially when the stakes are a refusal or a 5 year ban from Canada. Your consultation fee of $X reflects real preparation and real professional judgment, not a sales funnel.

Who this consultation is for

If you've received a PFL, ADR, or refusal, or you're facing a complex Express Entry, spousal sponsorship, H&C, or inadmissibility matter, this session is where we tell you exactly where you stand — before you commit to anything further. If your PFL deadline is already close, you may want priority scheduling instead — see our Urgent PFL Consultation.
