We work on complex Express Entry or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or PNP applications where there is either a non-accompanying spouse, or undeclared foreign work experience in TRV applications, salaries received in cash, or companies closed, intention to reside outside Quebec, and any related complicated issues exist. We love dealing with complex applications where real implementation of the provisions of IRPA and IRPR exists. 

These complex issues likely lead to an Additional Document Request (ADR) or a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) or both and we specialize handing complicated PFLs. 

We can either create Express Entry profile from the scratch or take over the application from whichever stage (post ITA) client wants us to, handle required the legal steps with precision and care and remain responsible as Authorized Representative on file till the decision stage. Needless to say, if a PFL or an ADR comes along the way, its our job to take care of those, at no additional cost to the client. 

  • We specialize responding to the Procedural Fairness Letters and have developed extensive experience in dealing with complex PFLs of any shape and form. Our extensive and focussed experience in PFLs helps us to strategize a complicated Express Entry or CEC projects strategically to ensure client knows what to expect from IRCC and we know how to handle those. Many a times, a PFL is inevitable, but we know how to handle those.

Our clients have complete access to their GC Key account at all times. This is important because Express Entry or CEC are one of those comprehensive applications where, we believe, clients should retain access to the portal.  That way, we ensure clients are able to review EACH and EVERYTHING that is there in the portal, provide us feedback, able to review even our representative submission letter to ensure they are aware what is being submitted on their behalf.

Whenever clients want to check status update, they can simply log-in to their GC Key, without depending on us. This approach makes the process transparent, reduce errors to zero, and the entire process becomes stress free and transparent for the clients.
